Legal child(ren) including stepchild(ren) and/or legally adopted child(ren) need to be Singapore resident/s, at least 45 days and 18 years (or 23 years if studying full time in a recognized tertiary institution) on the commencement date of insurance, whilst wholly dependent on the Insured or Insured's spouse for financial support and not gainfully employed in any way and must be unmarried.
Yes, Annual Travel Safe Travel Plan is an annual plan and will cover the Insured(s) for a maximum of 30 days duration overseas. It does not matter who returns first as long as the child(ren) is accompanied by at least one of the Insured adults for any journey made during the period of insurance.
No, the "Me & My Family with Children" cover is only for yourself, your spouse and/or child(ren) traveling together. You will have to purchase one "Married Couple" plan for your parents.
No, travel insurance has to be purchased before your departure from Singapore. As this is an Annual Plan, once the Insured enrols for coverage, there is no further need to activate the insurance plan every time you travel.
Yes, both of you will need to purchase an "Individual" travel insurance policy each.
A medical examination is not required. No pre-existing medical conditions are covered in the policy.
A "pre-existing condition" means any medical condition from which the Insured suffered, or was or should have been aware that he was suffering from, within a 12-month period before the commencement of the Journey.
